A car carrying six Burmese workers overturned and burst into flames this week.

Sawang Boriboon rescuers and firefighters rushed to the accident scene near Three Kingdoms Theme Park in Chonburi’s Banglamung district.

The authorities found a burning sedan in the middle of the road. The sedan was also overturned. The firefighters calmed the blaze with water in under two minutes.

Six victims were injured, three seriously. They were all Burmese workers and could not speak Thai. The victims were transported to Banglamung Hospital to receive medical treatment.

An unnamed eyewitness told police he saw the sedan suddenly lose control, hit the tree, and then overturn. The victims crawled out of the car to escape the fire just in time.

The victim’s identities could not be identified due to the language barrier, said police. – The Pattaya News
