The body of a white-skinned western man has been found in the sea close to Koh Larn, a popular island off the coast of #Pattaya.
The body, that is yet to be identified, was found in the water with rocks tied around its neck and with a black bag holding a belt, phone charger, neck pillow and several other insignificant items.
Pattaya police police estimate the man has been dead for ‘about two-days.’
Lt. Col. Attarot Krongrat of Pattaya police has said they are unsure if the death is a result of murder or suicide.
The body has been taken for autopsy in an attempt to establish the cause of death and investigators have asked the public to report any foreign tourist or ex-pat who has been missing for between two and three days.
