Pattaloong District has announced new lockdowns on Village Group 2 and Village Group 5 in the southern Thai province of Pattaloong after 19 new Covid-19 patients have been found in the past two days.
All residents in the two village groups are now confined to their homes until May 12, 2021.
Only one person from each household is permitted to step outside to buy food, medicine and other personal needs.
And each of them must wear a face-nappy and keep a strict two-meter distance from anybody they encounter along the way.
They are also required to wash their hands before leaving home and again upon returning.
