People living in Bangkok and the surrounding provinces have been warned to stay indoors as PM2.5 dust pollution is expected between February 1st and February 5th.
Bangkok Governor Chadchart Sittipunt, said in characteristically vague terms, “There are more hotspots due to biomass burn-off in Cambodia. Northeasterly winds are blowing the dust of burnt biomass to the Gulf of Thailand but on Feb 1 and 2 the wind direction will change. The easterly wind will bring more biomass dust to Bangkok
He also said the haze, or smog, will exceed safety levels – whatever they are.
And he advised people in the city to wear face masks when outdoors, but to try to avoid outdoor activities.
From Tuesday to Friday, businesses and employees should work from home where possible, to avoid the pollution.

Once again I smell a rat. In fact there are rats everywhere these days.
Hot on the heels of The Great Panic of 2020/21, the fear-mongering in the shape of public health warnings are now coming thick and fast.
It’s a wonder we have managed to survive all these years without the help of authorities helpfully directing us and keeping us all safe and healthy.
What next..? Thais being told to wear crash helmets for their safety. Or to stop piling 4 or 5 children on to their motorbikes, for the school run, and then telling them a paper face-mask will keep everybody alive.
Perhaps we should just never go outside again, for anything.
The truth, it seems, is that the so-called health experts don’t know anything. They are full of shit and have been for years and years. (as I shall demonstrate below)
I am just about old enough to remember how, during the 1980’s, CFC gases were going to do for everybody.
Don’t buy this fridge, buy that one. Never use this deodorant, wear that one instead. It’s the Ozone Layer you know, there’s a big hole in it.
And do you remember how acid rain was going to dissolve us on the way to school?
Global Warming sold a lot of newspapers along the way. And when we looked into it for ourselves, finding it to be a catalogue of mis-information as the ‘globe isn’t warming at all,’ the headline was re-written, as if by George Orwell.
And so it became Climate Change instead.
Climate Change…? You mean, the weather… It was raining this morning and sunny this afternoon. That’s climate change.
So these time and energy wasting fools just call it Climate now. ‘I’m a Climate Activist you know. Don’t you realise there is a climate crisis? There really is. A sixteen year old from Sweden said so on Facebook. And that guy over there, you should hate him because he is a Climate Denier.’
A Climate Denier – who ever heard anything so stupid? Does anybody deny there is a climate…? Of course not.
So, when I did my research, which is something I rarely bother with these days, I found that claims of impending Climate Doom have been circulating for over a century.
In fact The New York Times, in February of 1895, confidently warned that the planet would ‘re-freeze again’ during their lifetimes.
Somehow, since then, it turned into a Warming Warning. You could call that a poor prediction, I mean turning the weather warning around into the complete opposite. You could call it a glitch if you like. You can also call it plain lying.
But it sold a lot of newspapers, which was the primary motive. Not unlike today’s New York Times really. One-hundred and twenty five years of publishing lying rubbish.

Since the 1980s we have all lived in fear of Swine Flu, Bird Flu, Ebola, H1N1, MERS, Mad Cow Disease, SARS and others that I am too bored with to list.
Well, you might have lived in fear. I haven’t because I don’t believe a word of it, as I haven’t believed a word of the COVID nonsense.
The reason is because early on in the panic I was told that bodies were piling up in hospital corridors all around my home town of London. Public parks were being dug up for grave sites. Conference centers such as Earls Court had become mass morgues.
So I did do some research that time and found that the average death rate in the UK is way down over the last decade. Up to and including 2020. That is a government statistic. Look it up here.
Since January 2020 the average death rate has been 14.1 per 1000 people. That is also a government statistic. If you don’t believe me then go and do your own research.
So the death rate during the COVID panic did go up slightly, but look at it compared to say, 1990 or 2010. Or any of the years in between.
Therefore, why couldn’t the existing infrastructure, hospitals, morgues, graveyards & the NHS cope with the 2020 COVID death virus slaughter?
Why were there bodies piling up in hospital corridors?
The answer is that they could and there wasn’t.
Because there isn’t a 2020 COVID death slaughter. There were no conference center morgues, public park graveyards or bodies piling up anywhere.
There were lots of irresponsible, attention-seeking health care workers craving their daily hand-clap and making silly little tik-tok dance videos.
But there was no extra health care work. It was all a giant lie, and still is.

But, for now, I suspect is is perfectly safe to go outside in Bangkok, even if it is a bit hazy.
So called health experts on sub committees of public committees and the lying newspaper peddlers cannot and should not be trusted.
