Rhino Horn makes you impotent and unhealthy

#RhinoHorn that makes you impotent and unhealthy, new research has revealed.

Despite traditional beliefs in parts of #SEAsia, Rhino horn offers no health benefit whatsoever.

Instead, it is the ground up dust of African poachers testicles that can make you healthy, wealthy, sexy and wise. So, start placing your orders.

Rhino poaching in South Africa significantly grew between 2008 & 2014 to meet a surge in demand across newly affluent Asian countries, like Vietnam.

Now, the number of slaughtered rhinos in South Africa has decreased slightly by 13 animals to 529 between January and June 2017 compared with the same period last year.

The downward trend was welcomed with ‘cautious optimism’ by the government on Monday.

Rhino poaching in South Africa surged from 83 in 2008 to a record 1,215 in 2014 to meet demand in Asian countries that are becoming more affluent, thanks largely to western tourism.

In parts of SE Asia Rhino horn is prized as an ingredient in traditional medicines.

South Africa has more than 80 percent of the world’s Southern White Rhinos, with about 20,000 white rhinos and close to 4,000 black rhinos.

Over recent years the South African people have declared war on rhino poachers by training armed rangers and imposing heavy prison sentences on those who aren’t shot on sight.

A total of 243 rhino carcasses were found in the Krueger National Park this year, which has traditionally borne the brunt of rhino poaching.

But that is down from 354 in January-June last year. However, this decrease in Krueger has been mostly offset by increased poaching elsewhere in South Africa.

‘As we have always stated, these declining numbers do not mean we can proclaim victory.

Nevertheless, the downward trend is being established, which is cause for cautious optimism,’ environment minister Edna Molewa told a media briefing.

Another effective idea would be for western tourists to stop spending their money in SE Asian countries until attitudes improve. Perhaps they should be encouraged by their governments to understand that Rhino horn benefits are a myth.

Or perhaps SE Asian governments should impose equally heavy prison terms on those caught with Rhino horn powder in their possession.

Or we could begin an SE Asia wide campaign of re-education. Rhino horn offers no health benefit whatsoever. Instead, it is the ground up dust of African poachers testicles that can make you healthy, wealthy, sexy and wise. So, start placing your orders.

That might slow the bastards down a little.
