Katie Price’s romantic trip to Thailand with new boyfriend Kris Boyson has left fans agape as they grope and snog each other in public with barely the thinnest layer of lycra between them.
There have been snaps of them cavorting topless next to a lush waterfall with Price straddling her toyboy lover, candid shots of them getting fruity in the sea , dry-humping in a hotel pool and groping each other in the rain looking for all the world like they couldn’t care who saw them.
Except… there happens to be a photographer hovvering nearby every single time they put on a graphic display in public. Coincidence?
It seems unlikely, considering the pictures haven’t been taken with a long lens – meaning it would have been pretty obvious if there was someone with a camera hanging around the amorous lovers.
A source familiar with paparazzi shoots told Mirror Online: “It’s likely Katie would have brought a trusted photographer to come on holiday with her and Kris.
“Celebs like her always wants to be in control of their own image so they can choose what’s shown to the public.
“With five different shoots set up throughout the week, the pap agency would have made upwards of £12,000 depending on who bought the pics.
“Katie could have got up to 70% of that based on her agreement with them.”
Even a 50% deal would have netted Katie a cool £6,000 when the pictures were run by newspapers and websites – and she’s due for a second payday when the magazines print more snaps next week.
While Katie hasn’t explicitly confirmed she has been complicit in setting up the Thailand shoots, she’s admitted in the past to faking pictures for the public
“I did it once when I split with Pete [Andre] and the paps were everywhere, and I thought, ‘F**k this, I’m going to do my own picture’, she confessed in 2010.
“I did it and got 50 grand for it and it went in The Sun, and I thought, ‘F**k you lot, I’ve got the picture so piss off.'”
When she was asked if that was the only time she’d set up her own pap snaps, the Pricey said: “I think [ex-manager] Dave Read might have set up some, but… I was naive to it all.
“Well even if people set them up, you know, no-one should have a problem with that ‘cos it’s part of the game, and I think anyone who does set them up is smart, because then they get the money for it.”
In the past, Katie has blasted the paps for following her around – but she’s not said anything of the sort lately.
Meanwhile, she’s reportedly told estranged husband Kieran Hayler to sell the family pets to recoup some money.
She’s thought to have instructed Kieran to flog off their llamas, pigs, horses, rabbits, goats, sheep – and even their kids’ guinea pigs and dogs – for cash.
But ex-husband Peter Andre , 45, reportedly tried to stop the sale when he heard that Katie was set to flog their kids’ Princess and Junior’s pets, sphynx cats Dobbie and Hagrid, and African hedgehog Peggy.
“Katie hasn’t had the easiest time of late, and isn’t as flush as she was,” a source told The Sun .
“She told Kieran to get rid of the animals but he’s been struggling to offload the llamas for £2,000 a pop.”
Katie’s also been getting rid of her kids’ ‘filthy’ baby clothes on eBay and selling off her old dresses and tops for cash on second-hand sites. – MirrorOnline
