Raunchy videos, an undercover cop and some VERY dirty money: How police snared tattooed Australian tour guide ‘organising yacht orgies’ after he boasted Thai women ‘will do anything if you fill them up with grog’
An undercover sting operation led to the downfall of an Australian tour guide selling orgies on luxurious yachts in the Thai sex capital.
Stephen Allan Carpenter, 49, was arrested in Saraburi, Thailand, after he fled the nation’s notorious sex capital of Pattaya and went into hiding.
Police caught wind of the booze-fuelled events from Carpenter’s own brazen advertisement of his involvement in the sex trade.
He previously boasted of 19-year-old women who would ‘take six blokes at once’ onboard luxury charter boats in Pattaya.
An undercover officer contacted Carpenter inquiring about the events, the women, and the costs, before the tour guide unwittingly fell into their trap.
The 49-year-old from New South Wales unwittingly provided officers with everything they needed for a warrant for his arrest.
He told the ‘customer’ his girls were ‘up for anything.’
‘Just fill them up with grog and they do the lot.’
‘You want real dirty ones,’ he added.
Anything goes… the 19-year-old will suck you off.’
He proceeded to offer footage of previous wild orgies he has organised.
Footage obtained from the undercover sting shows leering white men filming on their mobile phones as Asian women perform sex acts.
Mr Carpenter told the police officer he required a 50% deposit in order to secure his position on the charter.
Pol Lt Col Dulayaphat Techaphonchayasin was the leading officer in the investigation, and was able to use this to secure an arrest warrant.
Video provided from inside a yacht orgy shows middle-aged men watching two young Thai women performing a sex show.
The chubby, white men are seen leering, groping and taking pictures of the women, whilst listening to the Rolling Stones.
Other prostitutes trawl the boat, sitting on the laps of customers and engaging with the men whilst the boat is moored off the coast of Pattaya, Thailand; a notorious sex destination.
In December last year, Carpenter allegedly advertised his business on his Facebook account, offering arranged chartered boat trips with prostitutes for 38,000 baht, or $1,500 AUD.
For the more expensive charter, the price increased, but promised a six-hour party with at least eight girls, food and alcohol.
The girls were to be paid extra for their services, but he noted the desperation of the girls due to it being off peak season.
A separate advertisement on Craigslist offered images of six naked Thai women surrounding a white man, promising a ‘wild boat orgy’.
Explicit images used to promote the tours revealed naked young women and others performing lesbian sex shows.
The tour company, named Austhai tours, has since shut down it’s business page.
Carpenter faced additional charges of violating the law that regulates the types of work foreigners are permitted to do in Thailand, as well as overstaying his visa.
He is also accused of violating the computer crime act by posting nude images online.
Carpenter refused to answer any questions, citing a language barrier.
He faces anywhere between seven years and life in prison if he is found guilty of the charges.
