This is the moment two men launched a brutal attack on a tourist in Thailand’s red light district after he reportedly accused them of stealing his beer.

The holidaymaker had been visiting the busy Walking Street area of Pattaya, Thailand, with his girlfriend when he stopped outside a supermarket to buy beer.

He reportedly left the bottles with two local street traders selling CDs and went inside.

But when he returned he became angry with the men, when he realised they had drunk his beers, and started arguing with them.

Sickening footage of the attack was given to police who tracked down the attackers, named Tonwat Konyang, 38, and Nakon Kamsuk, 35, and fined them £57 each over the assault.

Tonwat, who admitted the attack, said: ”I admit that I was wrong and lost control of my emotions.

“The tourist had put a bag of beers down and said he would come back.

“A girl came and put it in the bin because she said she had an argument with the tourist.

”When the tourist came back he blamed us for putting the beers in the bin. He became aggressive and could not understand us, demanded we buy him more beer. He swore at us.

”I lost my temper and beat him up. I apologise for this and for damaging the image of Thailand.”
