An American drug trafficker who worshipped the devil and often referred to himself as El Diablo (the devil) has been arrested in Bangkok Thailand.
Stephen Bishop Hall was put on the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office Top 10 Most Wanted list back in 2007.
While Hall looks like an ordinary guy, a tattoo on the back of his neck depicts Lucifer (the devil) whispering into Stephen’s ear.
His truck tag was personalized with S8N LVS (satan lives). Hall’s MySpace page was titled El Diablo with the entire page covered with satanic symbols.
Hall was involved with drugs and gangs in the early 90’s and in 2005 he was arrested on drug trafficking charges after deputies served a search warrant on his car detail business.
During the search of his business, a kilo and a half of cocaine was located along with oxycodone, LSD, Xanax, Hydrocodone, Marijuana, MDMA (Ecstasy), Testosterone Propionate (steroids), Nandrolone (steroids), Stanozolol (steroids), Methadone, Soma, and Morphine.
“Obviously, Stephen Hall was not your ordinary drug dealer,” said Lt. John Novy. “He operated a “candy store” for drug addicts.”
Hall pled guilty to the drug trafficking charges. He faced 30 years in prison. He was set for sentencing on Oct 12, 2007 but he skipped town and had never been located, until now.
Stephen’s mother is the process of losing her home to the Bail Bondsman because he fled the area.
The U.S. Marshal’s office apprehended Hall earlier this week in Bangkok on charges of passport fraud. He is expected to be returned to the area sometime in December.
