A man has been arrested after a van was driven into pedestrians in central London, leaving several people injured.
The incident happened on Seven Sisters Road in Finsbury Park shortly after midnight.
One person has been arrested and a number of ambulances have been sent to the scene.
Police said there had been “a number of casualties”.
The incident was understood to have happened near Finsbury Park Mosque.
Worshippers were said to have been leaving the mosque after midnight prayers at the time.
The Met Police said in a statement: “Police were called just after 0020hrs 18 June to reports of a vehicle in collision with pedestrians.
“Officers are on scene with other emergency services.
“There are a number of casualties being worked on at the scene.
“There has been one person arrested.
London Amublance Service confirmed: “We have sent a number of resources to an incident in Seven Sisters Road.”
Pictures posted on social media showed more than a dozen emergency vehicles near the UKCG Help Centre at the junction of Seven Sisters Road and the A503 Tollington Road.
